- Ground Turkey or Chicken Extra Lean • 1 lb.
- Buffalo Wing Sauce • 150g
- Panko Breadcrumbs • 35g
- Shredded Cheddar Fat Free •210g
- Dry Coleslaw • 200g
- Dill Pickle • 2-4 each
- Tortillas • 5 each
Directions
How to make it
- Add ground meat to mixing bowl, add Buffalo wing sauce. Mix well.
- Split mixture evenly atop 5 tortillas and spread across each one.
- Spread 7 grams of panko crumbs atop each tortilla
- Place each tortilla meat down onto preheated gridle/grill. Cook until meat is done, only 2-4 minutes.
- Flip and top with cheese, 42g each.
- Top with pickles, coleslaw and/or more buffalo sauce.
