What you need

Ingredients

  • Ground Turkey or Chicken Extra Lean • 1 lb.
  • Buffalo Wing Sauce • 150g
  • Panko Breadcrumbs • 35g
  • Shredded Cheddar Fat Free •210g
  • Dry Coleslaw • 200g
  • Dill Pickle • 2-4 each
  • Tortillas • 5 each

How to make it

  1. Add ground meat to mixing bowl, add Buffalo wing sauce. Mix well.
  2. Split mixture evenly atop 5 tortillas and spread across each one.
  3. Spread 7 grams of panko crumbs atop each tortilla
  4. Place each tortilla meat down onto preheated gridle/grill. Cook until meat is done, only 2-4 minutes.
  5. Flip and top with cheese, 42g each.
  6. Top with pickles, coleslaw and/or more buffalo sauce.
