- Grated Parmesan Cheese • 60g
- Fat-Free Cottage Cheese • 336g
- Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce • 45g
- Almond/Coconut Milk • 1/3 cup
Directions
How to make it
1. Cook Pasta according to directions
- Cube chicken. In skillet over medium heat cook chicken until done, season with salt and pepper.
- While the chicken cooks, blend chipotle peppers, milk, and cottage cheese until smooth
- Once chicken is cooked, stir in the blended sauce and cheese. Cook together for another 1-2 minutes until well combined and heated.
- Add pasta mix, stir until well combined.
- Optional: Optional Garnish: chopped parsley, crushed red pepper
