What you need

Ingredients

  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast • 567g (20 oz)
  • Fat-Free Cottage Cheese • 112g (0.5 cup)
  • Creamy Light Cheese Wedges (Laughing Cow) 38g (2 wedges)
  • Grated Reduced Fat Parmesan • 57g (2 oz)
  • 2% Reduced Fat Ultra-Filtered Milk • 180mL
  • Ramen Noodles (dry) 1 package (85g)

How to make it

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside
  2. Cook chicken breast in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked and lightly browned. Chop or shred as preferred.
  3. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, milk, cheese wedges, and parmesan. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the cheese mixture into the skillet with the cooked chicken and stir over low heat until warmed through and slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in the cooked ramen noodles. Mix to coat evenly in the cheesy sauce.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy immediately.
