How to make it
- Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside
- Cook chicken breast in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked and lightly browned. Chop or shred as preferred.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, milk, cheese wedges, and parmesan. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the cheese mixture into the skillet with the cooked chicken and stir over low heat until warmed through and slightly thickened.
