What you need

Ingredients for Potatoes

  • Potatoes Cubed • 800g
  • Paprika • 1Tsp
  • Garlic Powder • 1Tsp
  • Italian Seasoning • .5 Tbsp
  • Sea Salt • .5Tsp

Ingredients for Bolognese

  • 96/4 Lean Ground Beef •16oz
  • Cooked Turkey Bacon • 5 Slices
  • Diced Green Peppers • 75g
  • Diced Red Peppers • 75g
  • Onion, White/Yellow/Red •150g
  • Diced Carrots • 150g
  • Tomato Paste • 25g
  • Italian Seasoning • .5 Tbsp
  • Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth • 1/3c
  • Marinara • 200g
  • Part Skim Mozzarella • 84g

How to make it

  1. Cube your potatoes and add to a bowl. Spray with non-stick cooking spray and season with paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, Italian seasoning.
  2. Air Fry these on 400 Degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
  3. Preheat your stove top pan. Add your diced peppers, onions, and carrots. Cook for a few (3) minutes and then add sea salt and a splash of chicken broth (1/3 cup) or water. Optional - Once they start to caramelize, add some minced garlic.
  4. Now add your ground beef and cook for a few minutes till it starts to brown, then add cooked bacon.
  5. Next add your tomato paste, chicken broth, low fat marinara, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Once done, top Bolognese with potatoes then with mozzarella. Add to oven on 400 degrees F till the cheese is golden, about 5 minutes.
