Ingredients for Sauce (blend until smooth)

  • Red Hot Buffalo Sauce • 1/4 cup (60mL)
  • Fat-Free Cottage Cheese • 224g
  • Fat-Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese • 97g
  • Popcorn Ranch Seasoning • 7g

How to make it

  1. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder and smoked paprika.
  2. Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. Once cooked, chop into bite-sized pieces.
  4. While the chicken cooks, blend cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning until smooth and creamy
  5. In a bowl, toss the chopped chicken with the buffalo sauce mixture.
  6. Lay out each tortilla. Evenly divide the buffalo chicken mixture among them. Roll up tightly into burrito-style wraps.
  7. Optional: Toast the roll-ups seam-side down in a dry skillet or air fryer until lightly crisped and melty inside.
