What you need

Ingredients

  • All Purpose Flour • 25g
  • Whey protein • 25g
  • Baking Powder • 1/2 tsp (3g)
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder • 1tbsp (5g)
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener • 15g
  • Greek Yogurt, Nonfat • 50g
  • Egg Beaters/Whites • 50g
  • Almond/Coconut Milk • 50g
  • Red Food Coloring • 6 drops

How to make it

  1. Add all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping.
  2. Add wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  3. Place into a microwave for 2 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Top with personal liking. I use strawberries and whipped cream.
