- Whey/Casien Blend Protein 90g • 3 Scoop
- All-purpose flour 150g
- Monk Fruit Sweetener 50g
- Baking Powder • .5 Tsp
- Milk 120ml • .5 Cup
- Egg
- Butter 110g
- Greek Yogurt, Nonfat • 110g
- Confectioner Sweetener for coverage• 15g
Directions
How to make it
- Add dry ingredients to mixing bowl and mix.
- Add Milk, egg, butter and yogurt to mixing bowl and mix.
- Divide mixture evenly into donut trey, anywhere from 9-12 donuts. Bake at 350 F for 8-12 minutes, until done
- When completed remove from oven and let cool. Once cooled add confectioner sugar to a gallon zip lock bag. Add donuts and give a good shake.
