What you need

Ingredients

  • Whey/Casien Blend Protein 90g • 3 Scoop
  • All-purpose flour 150g
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener 50g
  • Baking Powder • .5 Tsp
  • Milk 120ml • .5 Cup
  • Egg
  • Butter 110g
  • Greek Yogurt, Nonfat • 110g
  • Confectioner Sweetener for coverage• 15g

How to make it

  1. Add dry ingredients to mixing bowl and mix.
  2. Add Milk, egg, butter and yogurt to mixing bowl and mix.
  3. Divide mixture evenly into donut trey, anywhere from 9-12 donuts. Bake at 350 F for 8-12 minutes, until done
  4. When completed remove from oven and let cool. Once cooled add confectioner sugar to a gallon zip lock bag. Add donuts and give a good shake.
