What you need

Ingredients

  • Self-rising Flour • 40g
  • Whey/Casein protein • 20g
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener • 15g
  • Baking Powder • 4g
  • Cinnamon • 3g
  • Greek Yogurt, Nonfat • 60g

How to make it

  1. Mix all dry ingredients well and fold in the yogurt last. It takes a while for the dough to form, but keep folding and eventually, it will come together.
  2. Split it into 8 even sized balls and place it in a microwave dish.
  3. Microwave for 1 min until the balls puff.
  4. Add your favorite toppings.
