- Monk Fruit Sweetener • 15g
- Baking Powder • 4g
- Cinnamon • 3g
- Greek Yogurt, Nonfat • 60g
Directions
How to make it
- Mix all dry ingredients well and fold in the yogurt last. It takes a while for the dough to form, but keep folding and eventually, it will come together.
- Split it into 8 even sized balls and place it in a microwave dish.
- Microwave for 1 min until the balls puff.
- Add your favorite toppings.
