What you need

Ingredients for Base

  • Greek Yogurt, Nonfat • 113g
  • Almond/Coconut Milk • 120mL (0.5 cup)
  • Instant Coffee • 1 tbsp
  • Chocolate Whey Protein • 15g
  • Sugar-Free Syrup • 1 tbsp
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener • 4g
  • Vanilla Extract • 1 tsp

Ingredients for Topping

  • Greek Yogurt, Nonfat • 113g
  • Chocolate Casein Protein • 15g
  • Sugar-Free Syrup • 1 tbsp
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener (Erythritol) • 1 tbsp1
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder • 1 tbsp

How to make it

  1. In a bowl, mix all base layer ingredients until fully combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine topping ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. Layer the chocolate topping over the oat mixture in a jar or container.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Enjoy chilled the next morning or as a post-workout dessert.
