What you need

Ingredients for Honey Sriracha Sauce

  • Sriracha 64g • 3 tbsp
  • Honey 61g • 3 tbsp
  • Less Sodium Soy Sauce 40g • 2 tbsp
  • Rice Vinegar 19g • 1tbsp
  • Sesame Oil 7g • 1.5 tsp
  • Corn Starch • .5 tbsp

Ingredients for Base

  • Chicken Breast 1lb
  • Sea Salt
  • Garlic Powder
  • Frozen Stir Fry Veggies 700g
  • Green Onion 30g
  • Ramen 2 pkgs

How to make it

  1. Add all your sauce ingredients into a bowl and whisk together till smooth. Set to the side.
  2. Cut your chicken. Add to a pan preheated, sprinkle with salt and garlic powder. Combine half your sauce and mix till they are coated. Set chicken to the side.
  3. In that same pan, add your frozen stir fry veggies. Add a splash of water along with a cover on top to help them cook quickly. Then once they’ve softened and started to get some charring, add your minced garlic and green onion to the pan. Bring heat down on the pan to a simmer and add the rest of your sauce.
  4. Add cooked ramen to the pan with the veggies. Then add your chicken. Mix all together and enjoy!
