What you need

  • Coconut Flour • 8g

Optional Seasonings (Nutritional Yeast, Seasoning Blend)

  • Egg Beaters/Whites • 50g
  • Greek Non-fat Yogurt • 80g

Ingredients for Toppings

  • Pizza Sauce • 62g
  • Fat-free Cheddar • 28g
  • Low-fat Mozzarella • 28g
  • Turkey Pepperoni • 28g

How to make it

  1. Set oven to broil oven 500F.
  2. Get a mixing bowl and add in flour and seasonings until combined
  3. Then stir in egg whites and Greek yogurt.
  4. Put the mix onto a sprayed parchment paper and put into the oven for 4 mins on one side and 3 on the other.
  5. Add your toppings and place back into the oven for an additional minute.
