What you need

  • Graham Crackers • 50g
  • Sugar Free Maple Syrup • 1 Tbsp

Ingredients for Muffin

  • Greek Yogurt, Nonfat • 150g
  • Egg • 1
  • Vanilla Extract • 2g
  • Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix • 10g
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener • 30g
  • Vanilla Whey Protein • .30g

How to make it

  1. Add Graham crackers to bag and crumble, add to bowl and mix in Maple Syrup
  2. Mix Ingredients into blender and blend
  3. Distribute Graham mixture evenly into muffin tray.
  4. Add muffin mixture evenly into muffin tray.
  5. Bake in oven at 350/12-15 minutes.
  6. Remove, let cool and top with fruit of choice.
