What you need

✳️ Dry Ingredients

  • Four • 25g
  • Whey/Casein Protein • 40g
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener • 10g
  • Baking Powder • 1 Tsp
  • Cinnamon•3g

✳️ Wet Ingredients

  • Greek Yogurt, Nonfat • 65g

✳️ Filling Ingredients

  • Greek Yogurt, Nonfat • 10g
  • Cinnamon•3g

How to make it

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl until combined.
  2. Add in Greek yogurt and fold until a doughball starts to form.
  3. Roll it out on a flat surface and spread on your filling adding some of your chocolate chips.
  4. Cut 4 slices and roll all into a single roll after each line.
  5. Put onto a plate and microwave for 1:15 top with the rest of your chocolate chips and enjoy!
