What you need

Ingredients

  • White Flour • 25g
  • Whey/Casein Protein • 40g
  • Baking Powder • 4g
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener •10g
  • Cinnamon • 3g
  • Greek Non-fat Yogurt • 60g
  • Semi-sweet Mini Chocolate Chips • 6g

✳️ Cinnamon Filling

  • Cinnamon • 3g
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener • 5g
  • Greek Non-fat Yogurt • 10g

✳️ Wet Ingredients

  • Greek Yogurt, Nonfat • 65g

How to make it

  1. Combine all dry ingredients together until fully mixed.
  2. Fold in Greek yogurt and optional vanilla extract until a ball forms, it will seem dry but keep folding and it will eventually come together.
  3. Flatten into an even rectangle and add your cinnamon filling on top.
  4. Cut into about 1.5in (3 or 4) strips and roll into a circle combining all together.
  5. Microwave for 75 seconds or until cooked fully.
