- Monk Fruit Sweetener •10g

- Greek Yogurt, Nonfat • 65g
Directions
How to make it
- Combine all dry ingredients together until fully mixed.
- Fold in Greek yogurt and optional vanilla extract until a ball forms, it will seem dry but keep folding and it will eventually come together.
- Flatten into an even rectangle and add your cinnamon filling on top.
- Cut into about 1.5in (3 or 4) strips and roll into a circle combining all together.
- Microwave for 75 seconds or until cooked fully.
