  • Chocolate Brownie Protein Powder • 50g
  • Sugar-Free Chocolate Pudding Mix • 59g
  • Fat-Free Cottage Cheese • 500g
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener • 72g
  • Almond/Coconut Milk • 1.5 cups
  • Xanthan Gum • 15g

How to make it

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down sides if needed.
  3. Pour into jars or containers and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to thicken.
  4. Serve chilled and optionally top with whipped cream or chocolate chips.
  5. Optional: For a mousse-like texture, fold in whipped Greek cream cheese after blending.
