What you need

Ingredients

  • All Purpose Flour 35g • ~ .25 Cup
  • Chocolate Protein Powder 30 g • 1 Scoop
  • Salt • Dash
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 5g • 1Tbsp
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener 12g • 1Tbsp
  • Baking Powder 2g • .25Tsp
  • Greek Yogurt, Nonfat 50g • ~ .25 Cup
  • Egg White 46g • 3Tbsp
  • Almond/Coconut Milk 60g • ~ .25 Cup
  • Additional topping
  • Confectioner Sugar
  • Fruit of Choice

How to make it

  1. Add all your dry ingredients to mixing bowl (flour, protein powder, salt, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder) and mix.
  2. Add all wet ingredients (yogurt, egg whites, milk) and mix.
  3. Microwave until done, for me it’s 1:45.
  4. Add topping
