What you need

Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour • 120g
  • Greek Yogurt, Nonfat •170g
  • Shredded low fat mozzarella • 8g

How to make it

  1. Mix your seasonings and flour and then fold in your yogurt and cheese until a dough ball forms.
  2. Split into 3 even balls and flatten into a round circle poking the center to form a bagel shape. You may need to stretch it a little, so it expands evenly.
  3. Cover with a egg wash and bake in the oven at 350 for 20-25 mins.
