What you need

Ingredients

  • Ground Turkey Breast (1% Fat) • 453g (1 lb)
  • Buffalo Wing Sauce • 150g (10 servings)
  • Panko Bread Crumbs (Italian Style) • 35g
  • Shredded Fat-Free Mild Cheddar Cheese • 210g
  • Carb Counter Corn Tortillas • 5 tortillas (210g)
  • Coleslaw (Pre-made or shredded mix) • 200g
  • Hamburger Dill Chips • 56g (10 chips)

How to make it

  1. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, buffalo wing sauce, and panko until evenly combined.
  2. Lay tortillas flat and press a thin, even layer of the meat mixture directly onto one side of each tortilla.
  3. Heat a nonstick skillet or flat iron grill over medium heat. Place tortillas meat-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and develops a crispy crust.
  4. Flip and briefly toast the tortilla side, about 1 minute. Remove from pan.
  5. Top each with coleslaw, a few dill chips, and shredded cheese.
  6. Fold and serve warm!
