- Buffalo Wing Sauce • 150g (10 servings)
- Panko Bread Crumbs (Italian Style) • 35g
- Shredded Fat-Free Mild Cheddar Cheese • 210g
- Carb Counter Corn Tortillas • 5 tortillas (210g)
- Coleslaw (Pre-made or shredded mix) • 200g
- Hamburger Dill Chips • 56g (10 chips)
Directions
How to make it
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, buffalo wing sauce, and panko until evenly combined.
- Lay tortillas flat and press a thin, even layer of the meat mixture directly onto one side of each tortilla.
- Heat a nonstick skillet or flat iron grill over medium heat. Place tortillas meat-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and develops a crispy crust.
- Flip and briefly toast the tortilla side, about 1 minute. Remove from pan.
- Top each with coleslaw, a few dill chips, and shredded cheese.
- Fold and serve warm!
