What you need

Ingredients

  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast 700g • ~ 24 oz
  • Red Potatoes 700g • ~ 24 oz
  • Butter • 1Tbsp
  • Buffalo Sauce • 100ml

Ingredient for Sauce (If you don’t have a scale add equal parts of Buffalo sauce, yogurt, and mayo. Then honey to your liking)

  • Buffalo Sauce • 66ml
  • Greek Yogurt, Nonfat • 66ml
  • Honey •17g
  • Light Mayo • 66ml

How to make it

  1. Cube potatoes. Add spices and mix. Cook in air fryer 400 degrees for 17-20 minutes, until done.
  2. Cube chicken. Add spices and mix. Cook on preheated pan, until done
  3. Add butter and buffalo sauce and simmer for a couple minutes.
  4. Then to prepare and server. Simple take a bowl, add potatoes, chicken, some Pico de Galo, then top with sauce
