What you need

Ingredients for Cookie

  • Greek Yogurt, Nonfat • 1/3 cup
  • Sweetener • 1/3 cup
  • Oat Flour • 1/4 cup
  • Coconut Flour • 2 tbsp
  • Whey/Casein 50/50 • 40 g
  • Baking Soda • 1/2 tsp
  • Egg • 1 Large
  • Vanilla Extract • 1 tsp

Ingredients for Frosting

  • Fat Free Greek Yogurt • 2/3 cup
  • Powdered Sweetener • 3 Tbsp
  • Vanilla Casien • 40 g

How to make it

  1. Add dry ingredients to bowl and mix.
  2. Add wet ingredients and mix
  3. Spread evenly onto lightly sprayed baking sheet
  4. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes
  5. Remove from oven when done and let cool
  6. Spread mixture evenly onto each cookie
  7. Add Semi-sweet Mini Chocolate Chips if desired
  8. Tip: Adjust sweetener to taste.
