- Greek Yogurt, Nonfat • 1/3 cup
- Sweetener • 1/3 cup
- Oat Flour • 1/4 cup
- Coconut Flour • 2 tbsp
- Whey/Casein 50/50 • 40 g
- Baking Soda • 1/2 tsp
- Egg • 1 Large
- Vanilla Extract • 1 tsp
Ingredients for Frosting
- Fat Free Greek Yogurt • 2/3 cup
- Powdered Sweetener • 3 Tbsp
- Vanilla Casien • 40 g
Directions
How to make it
- Add dry ingredients to bowl and mix.
- Add wet ingredients and mix
- Spread evenly onto lightly sprayed baking sheet
- Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes
- Remove from oven when done and let cool
- Spread mixture evenly onto each cookie
- Add Semi-sweet Mini Chocolate Chips if desired
- Tip: Adjust sweetener to taste.
