What you need

Ingredients

  • Greek Yogurt, Nonfat • 100g
  • Old Fashioned Oats • 40g
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder • 1.67g (1 tsp)
  • Ground Cinnamon • 1g (1 tsp)
  • Fine Sea Salt • 2g
  • Baking Powder • 4g (1 tsp)
  • Baking Soda • 1.15g (0.25 tsp)
  • Vanilla Extract • 4.33g (1 tsp)
  • Brown Sugar Replacement • 20g
  • Almond/Coconut Milk • 60mL
  • Vanilla Whey Protein • 15g

How to make it

  1. In a bowl, combine oats, cocoa powder, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, baking soda, brown sugar replacement, and protein powder.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients in a separate bowl: yogurt, Almond/Coconut Milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir wet ingredients into dry until a smooth batter forms.
  4. Pour batter evenly into a greased donut pan.Bake at 350°F for 24-27 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  6. Optional: Dust with extra cinnamon or top with a sweet milk glaze!
