- Old Fashioned Oats • 40g
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder • 1.67g (1 tsp)
- Ground Cinnamon • 1g (1 tsp)
- Fine Sea Salt • 2g
- Baking Powder • 4g (1 tsp)
- Baking Soda • 1.15g (0.25 tsp)
- Vanilla Extract • 4.33g (1 tsp)
- Brown Sugar Replacement • 20g
- Almond/Coconut Milk • 60mL
- Vanilla Whey Protein • 15g
Directions
How to make it
- In a bowl, combine oats, cocoa powder, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, baking soda, brown sugar replacement, and protein powder.
- Mix Wet Ingredients in a separate bowl: yogurt, Almond/Coconut Milk, and vanilla extract.
- Stir wet ingredients into dry until a smooth batter forms.
- Pour batter evenly into a greased donut pan.Bake at 350°F for 24-27 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Optional: Dust with extra cinnamon or top with a sweet milk glaze!
