- Extra Lean Ground Beef (96%) • 1 lb
- Ramen Noodles (dry) • 1 package (85g)
- Onion (white, yellow, or red), raw • 174g
- Red Bell Pepper, raw • 71g
- Olive Oil • 10g
- Garlic Powder • 1 tbsp
- Ground Ginger • 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper • 1 tsp
- Soy Sauce/Liquid Amino • 70mL total (30mL in beef + 40mL in stir-fry)
- Pure Sesame Oil •7g
- Sriracha Hot Sauce • 8g
- Honey • 22g
Directions
How to make it
- Start the Noodles. Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine: Ground beef, Garlic powder, Ginger, Black pepper, Soy sauce, Sesame oil. Let marinate at least 30 minutes, the longer the better.
- Heat a pan on medium/high. Cook the marinated beef for about 10 minutes, or until fully browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In the same pan over medium heat, add: Plant butter, Fresh garlic (1 tbsp or sub in minced garlic), Sriracha, chopped onion, Chopped bell pepper, Soy sauce, Honey.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring often.
- Return cooked beef to the pan and mix well.
- In serving bowls, combine cooked noodles with the beef and veggie mixture.
