What you need

Ingredients

  • Tri Blend Onions, celery, and Bell Peppers 1 bag • 263 g
  • Salt • .5 tsp
  • Onion Powder • 1 tsp
  • Ground Pepper • 1 tsp
  • Ground Chicken • 1 lb
  • Mushroom Pieces 1 pkg • 8 oz
  • Flour • 1 tbsp
  • Stroganoff Sauce Mix 1⁄2 pouch • 21 g
  • Tomato Sauce • 8 oz
  • Mashed Cauliflower • 24 oz

How to make it

  1. In a preheated saucepan add the Tri Blend, salt, onion, and pepper. Cook for a few minutes (3-5 minutes).
  2. Add chicken and cook until nearly done.
  3. Add mushrooms, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add flour, beef stroganoff, and tomato sauce. Mix well and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  5. Transfer mixture to baking safe dish.
  6. I used frozen mashed cauliflower that was cooked in the microwave while preparing the mixture.
  7. Add cooked mashed cauliflower to mixture.
  8. Bake at 350/30 minutes. Feel free to broil for the last 5 minutes to crisp the topping
