- Tri Blend Onions, celery, and Bell Peppers 1 bag • 263 g
- Salt • .5 tsp
- Onion Powder • 1 tsp
- Ground Pepper • 1 tsp
- Ground Chicken • 1 lb
- Mushroom Pieces 1 pkg • 8 oz
- Flour • 1 tbsp
- Stroganoff Sauce Mix 1⁄2 pouch • 21 g
- Tomato Sauce • 8 oz
- Mashed Cauliflower • 24 oz
Directions
How to make it
- In a preheated saucepan add the Tri Blend, salt, onion, and pepper. Cook for a few minutes (3-5 minutes).
- Add chicken and cook until nearly done.
- Add mushrooms, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add flour, beef stroganoff, and tomato sauce. Mix well and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
- Transfer mixture to baking safe dish.
- I used frozen mashed cauliflower that was cooked in the microwave while preparing the mixture.
- Add cooked mashed cauliflower to mixture.
- Bake at 350/30 minutes. Feel free to broil for the last 5 minutes to crisp the topping
