  • 100% Pure Pumpkin • 120g
  • Egg • 1 large (50g)
  • Vanilla Extract • 1 tsp
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder • 40g (8 tbsp)
  • Chocolate Whey Protein • 25g (1 scoop)
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener • 24g (6 tsp)
  • All-Purpose Flour • 23g (3 tbsp)
  • Baking Soda • 3g (3 servings)
  • Salt • 0.4g (1 dash)

How to make it

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Scoop the dough onto a lined baking sheet, forming 6 equal cookies.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 11 minutes, or until set on the outside but soft in the center.
