What you need

Ingredients

  • Fat Free Cottage Cheese • 224g (1 cup)
  • Sugar Free Maple Syrup • 1⁄4 cup
  • Vanilla Extract • 1 tsp (4.3g)
  • Whey Protein Vanilla • 30g (1 serving)
  • No Sugar Added Applesauce • 35g
  • Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips • 15g
  • Quick Oats • 60g
  • Organic Coconut Flour • 64g (8 tbsp)
  • Brown Sweetener • 24g (6 tsp)

How to make it

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients: oats, coconut flour, whey protein, and brown sweetener.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine cottage cheese, syrup, vanilla extract, and applesauce.
  4. Add wet mixture to dry ingredients and stir until fully incorporated.
  5. Fold in mini chocolate morsels.
  6. Scoop dough into 12 portions onto a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until set and lightly golden.
  8. Let cool before serving.
