- Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips • 15g
- Quick Oats • 60g
- Organic Coconut Flour • 64g (8 tbsp)
- Brown Sweetener • 24g (6 tsp)
Directions
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients: oats, coconut flour, whey protein, and brown sweetener.
- In a separate bowl, combine cottage cheese, syrup, vanilla extract, and applesauce.
- Add wet mixture to dry ingredients and stir until fully incorporated.
- Fold in mini chocolate morsels.
- Scoop dough into 12 portions onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until set and lightly golden.
- Let cool before serving.
