What you need

Ingredients

  • Whey/Casein Protein • 64g
  • Oat Flour • 60g
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener • 30g
  • Butter • 48g
  • Vanilla extract • 1 tsp
  • Almond/Coconut Milk • 3 tbsp
  • Semi-sweet Mini Chocolate Chips • 6g

How to make it

  1. Add all dry ingredients into a bowl until combined.
  2. Then add in melted butter and wet ingredients.
  3. Roll into a log and store into plastic wrap in the fridge or freezer for at least 1 hour. (The longer you cool the better)
  4. Cut into 14 equal sized circles
