- Monk Fruit Sweetener • 30g
- Butter • 48g
- Vanilla extract • 1 tsp
- Almond/Coconut Milk • 3 tbsp
- Semi-sweet Mini Chocolate Chips • 6g
Directions
How to make it
- Add all dry ingredients into a bowl until combined.
- Then add in melted butter and wet ingredients.
- Roll into a log and store into plastic wrap in the fridge or freezer for at least 1 hour. (The longer you cool the better)
- Cut into 14 equal sized circles
