- Almond/Coconut Milk • 2tbsp
- Monk Fruit Sweetener • 42g
- Casein Protein • 40g
- Coconut Flour • 16g
- Powdered Peanut Butter • 16g
- Cinnamon • 2g
- Ginger • 1g
- Carrots Chopped • .5cup
Directions
How to make it
- Mix all wet ingredients and sweetener into a bowl.
- Add in the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in the carrots and form into 12 even sized balls.
- Rest in the fridge for 1 hour or longer for best results.
- Optional: if you don't have casein, you can add oat flour and/or powdered Peanut Butter
