What you need

Ingredients

  • Unsweetened Applesauce • 162g
  • Almond/Coconut Milk • 2tbsp
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener • 42g
  • Casein Protein • 40g
  • Coconut Flour • 16g
  • Powdered Peanut Butter • 16g
  • Cinnamon • 2g
  • Ginger • 1g
  • Carrots Chopped • .5cup

How to make it

  1. Mix all wet ingredients and sweetener into a bowl.
  2. Add in the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  3. Fold in the carrots and form into 12 even sized balls.
  4. Rest in the fridge for 1 hour or longer for best results.
  5. Optional: if you don't have casein, you can add oat flour and/or powdered Peanut Butter
