What you need

Ingredients for Cookie

  • Brown Sugar Sweetener • 30g
  • Unsweetened Applesauce • 56g
  • Oat Flour • 32g
  • Oat •12g
  • Whey/Casein 50/50 • 30 g
  • Molasses • 1Tsp
  • Baking Powder • 1/4 Tsp
  • Unsweetened Cocao • 1/4 Tsp
  • Cinamon • 1/4 Tsp

Ingredients for Frosting

  • Greek Yogurt, Nonfat • 50g
  • Powdered Sweetener • 15g
  • Vanilla Casien • 15g

How to make it

  1. Add dry ingredients to bowl and mix.
  2. Add wet ingredients and mix
  3. Spread evenly onto lightly sprayed baking sheet
  4. Bake at 350 for around 6 minutes
  5. Remove from oven when done and let rest for 30 minutes
  6. Spread topping evenly onto each cookie
