  • Greek Yogurt, Nonfat • 70g
  • Unsweetened Applesauce • 70g

Ingredients for Filling

  • Vanilla Whey Protein • 15g
  • Casein Protein Powder • 15g
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener • 5g
  • Fat Free Cool Whip • 100g

How to make it

  1. In a bowl, whisk together whey protein, casein protein, sweetener, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Stir in liquid egg whites, Greek yogurt, and applesauce. Mix until smooth dough forms.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop dough into 8 evenly sized cookies on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until set. Let cool completely.
  4. For the filling, in a separate bowl, combine whey protein, casein protein, and sweetener. Fold in whipped topping until it is smooth. Chill if needed for thicker consistency.
