What you need

Ingredients

  • Extra Lean Ground Beef (96%) • 1 lb
  • Ramen Noodles (dry) • 1 package (85g)
  • Minced Garlic • 15g
  • Onion, White/Yellow/Red • 100g
  • Plant Butter with Olive Oil • 7g
  • Soy Sauce/Liquid Amino • 47g
  • Sriracha • 20g
  • Honey • 22g
  • 100% Lime Juice • 1 tbsp
  • Oregano • 2 tsp (1 for marinade, 1 for beef)
  • Cumin • 1 tbsp

How to make it

  1. Start the Noodles. Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, oregano, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice. Set aside. Let marinate at least 30 minutes, the longer the better.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with garlic, cumin, and oregano until browned.
  4. Add the prepared sauce to the skillet with the beef. Stir and simmer until the mixture thickens slightly.
  5. Toss in the cooked noodles and chopped onion. Mix until well combined and everything is heated through.
