What you need

Ingredients

  • Cucumber, Raw (with Peel) • 700g
  • Greek Yogurt, Nonfat • 74.8g (about 1/3 cup)
  • Red Wine Vinegar • 3 tbsp
  • Dill Weed, Fresh • 2 tbsp (1.1g)
  • Garlic Powder • 1 tsp

How to make it

  1. Slice cucumbers thinly and add to a large bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, red wine vinegar, dill, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture over the cucumbers and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
