What you need

Ingredients for Chicken

  • Cubed Chicken Breast 1 lb.
  • Garlic Minced 1 Tbsp
  • Onion Powder .5 Tbsp
  • Red Pepper Flakes 1 Tsp
  • Smoked Paprika .5 Tbsp
  • Salt .5 Tsp
  • Italian Seasoning 1 Tbsp

Ingredients for Potatoes

  • Red Potatoes 750g
  • Cooking Spray
  • Salt .5 Tsp
  • Garlic Powder 1 Tsp
  • Smoked Paprika .5 Tbsp
  • Italian Seasoning .5 Tbsp

Ingredients for Sauce + Mix

  • Almond/Coconut Milk .75Cup
  • Light Cream Cheese 90g
  • Grated Parmesan 30g
  • Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella 98g

How to make it

  1. Dice up the potatoes and add them to a mixing bowl
  2. Spray with Cooking Spray then add, salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika and Italian Seasoning. Then mix.
  3. Put in Air Fryer at 400F for 20 minutes
  4. While potatoes cook dice up your chicken breast and add to mixing bowl.
  5. Spray chicken with cooking spray then add minced garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, salt, Italian Seasoning. Mix well
  6. Add chicken to preheated pan. After the chicken is done, lower heat then add milk and cream cheese. Mix the cream cheese till it melts and becomes smooth and creamy.
  7. Add potatoes and top with mozzarella.
  8. Pop in oven at 400 for 3-5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
