Ingredients for Chicken
- Cubed Chicken Breast 1 lb.
- Garlic Minced 1 Tbsp
- Onion Powder .5 Tbsp
- Red Pepper Flakes 1 Tsp
- Smoked Paprika .5 Tbsp
- Salt .5 Tsp
- Italian Seasoning 1 Tbsp
Ingredients for Potatoes
- Red Potatoes 750g
- Cooking Spray
- Salt .5 Tsp
- Garlic Powder 1 Tsp
- Smoked Paprika .5 Tbsp
- Italian Seasoning .5 Tbsp
Ingredients for Sauce + Mix
- Almond/Coconut Milk .75Cup
- Light Cream Cheese 90g
- Grated Parmesan 30g
- Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella 98g
Directions
How to make it
- Dice up the potatoes and add them to a mixing bowl
- Spray with Cooking Spray then add, salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika and Italian Seasoning. Then mix.
- Put in Air Fryer at 400F for 20 minutes
- While potatoes cook dice up your chicken breast and add to mixing bowl.
- Spray chicken with cooking spray then add minced garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, salt, Italian Seasoning. Mix well
- Add chicken to preheated pan. After the chicken is done, lower heat then add milk and cream cheese. Mix the cream cheese till it melts and becomes smooth and creamy.
- Add potatoes and top with mozzarella.
- Pop in oven at 400 for 3-5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
