- Sugar Free Syrup • .25 Cup
- Vanilla Extract • 1Tsp
- Unsweetened Applesauce 35g • 2Tbsp
- Vanilla Protein Powder 30g • 1Scoop
- Brown Zero Cal Sweetener 14g • 6Tsp
- Oat Flour 80g • 1 Cup
- Coconut Flour 64g • 8Tbsp
- Semi-sweet Mini Chocolate Chips • 30g
- Additional topping
- Semi-sweet Mini Chocolate Chips • 15g
Directions
How to make it
- Add all your wet ingredients to the blender (cottage cheese, syrup, vanilla extract, and applesauce) and blend
- Add all dry ingredients to mixing bowl.
- Pour blended ingredients into mixing bowl and mix well.
- Add chocolate chips and mix
- Divide the mixture evenly into parchment covered oven trey. I make 12, but you can make how many ever you’d like. I used a scooper, then form it into cookie shape.
- Top with remaining chocolate chips.
- Add to preheated oven at 350 degrees F and bake for 13-17 minutes.
