What you need

Ingredients

  • Fat Free Cottage Cheese 224g • 1 Cup
  • Sugar Free Syrup • .25 Cup
  • Vanilla Extract • 1Tsp
  • Unsweetened Applesauce 35g • 2Tbsp
  • Vanilla Protein Powder 30g • 1Scoop
  • Brown Zero Cal Sweetener 14g • 6Tsp
  • Oat Flour 80g • 1 Cup
  • Coconut Flour 64g • 8Tbsp
  • Semi-sweet Mini Chocolate Chips • 30g
  • Additional topping
  • Semi-sweet Mini Chocolate Chips • 15g

How to make it

  1. Add all your wet ingredients to the blender (cottage cheese, syrup, vanilla extract, and applesauce) and blend
  2. Add all dry ingredients to mixing bowl.
  3. Pour blended ingredients into mixing bowl and mix well.
  4. Add chocolate chips and mix
  5. Divide the mixture evenly into parchment covered oven trey. I make 12, but you can make how many ever you’d like. I used a scooper, then form it into cookie shape.
  6. Top with remaining chocolate chips.
  7. Add to preheated oven at 350 degrees F and bake for 13-17 minutes.
