What you need

Ingredients

  • Greek Yogurt, Nonfat • 100g
  • Old Fashioned Oats • 40g
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder • 1 tsp
  • Ground Cinnamon • 1 tsp
  • Ground Nutmeg • 0.25 tsp
  • Fine Sea Salt • 2g
  • Baking Powder • 1.5 tsp (6g)
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener • 15g
  • Vanilla Extract • 1 tsp
  • Egg, Whole • 46g

How to make it

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In one bowl, mix all dry ingredients: oats, cocoa, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, baking powder, and sweetener.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the yogurt, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry mixtures until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased or silicone donut pan.
  6. Bake for 17-25 minutes, or until the donuts are set and spring back lightly to the touch.
  7. Let cool before serving. Optional: lightly dust with cinnamon and sweetener blend.
