- Ground Cinnamon • 1 tsp
- Ground Nutmeg • 0.25 tsp
- Fine Sea Salt • 2g
- Baking Powder • 1.5 tsp (6g)
- Monk Fruit Sweetener • 15g
- Vanilla Extract • 1 tsp
- Egg, Whole • 46g
Directions
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In one bowl, mix all dry ingredients: oats, cocoa, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, baking powder, and sweetener.
- In another bowl, whisk together the yogurt, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased or silicone donut pan.
- Bake for 17-25 minutes, or until the donuts are set and spring back lightly to the touch.
- Let cool before serving. Optional: lightly dust with cinnamon and sweetener blend.
