What you need

Ingredients

  • Whey/Casein Protein • 45g
  • Powdered Peanut Butter • 48g
  • Oats • 15g
  • Sugar Free Maple Syrup • 4tbsp
  • Unsweetened Applesauce • 62g
  • Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips • 15g

How to make it

  1. Mix all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add to the fridge so the dough can firm up.
  3. Take out and roll into 8 even-sized balls.
  4. Feel free to drizzle some toppings on it or eat it as it is.
  5. Tip: Best served when chilled in the freezer for at least an hour
