What you need

Ingredients

  • Quick Cooking Oats • 40g
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder • 10.75g (2 tbsp)
  • Ground Cinnamon • 1.3g (0.5 tsp)
  • Baking Powder • 6.9g (1.5 tsp)
  • Baking Soda • 1.15g (0.25 tsp)
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener • 24g
  • Chocolate Brownie Protein Powder • 15g
  • Unsweetened Applesauce • 113g (1 container)

How to make it

  1. Mix all ingredients together except for half the protein powder and any cream cheese. That is reserved for icing
  2. Pour batter into a donut pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes or until set and springy to the touch.
  4. Let cool completely before icing.
  5. Mix other half of protein and cream cheese into bowl and spread evenly on donuts
