- Quick Cooking Oats • 40g
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder • 10.75g (2 tbsp)
- Ground Cinnamon • 1.3g (0.5 tsp)
- Baking Powder • 6.9g (1.5 tsp)
- Baking Soda • 1.15g (0.25 tsp)
- Monk Fruit Sweetener • 24g
- Chocolate Brownie Protein Powder • 15g
- Unsweetened Applesauce • 113g (1 container)
Directions
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together except for half the protein powder and any cream cheese. That is reserved for icing
- Pour batter into a donut pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes or until set and springy to the touch.
- Let cool completely before icing.
- Mix other half of protein and cream cheese into bowl and spread evenly on donuts
