- Almond/Coconut Milk • 60mL
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder • 2 tbsp (10.75g)
- Cinnamon, Ground • 0.5 tsp (1.3g)
- Baking Powder • 1 tsp (4.6g)
- Baking Soda • 0.25 tsp (1.15g)
- Monk Fruit Sweetener • 48g
- Chocolate Casein Protein • 15g (half the total protein—save the rest for icing)
Ingredients for Icing
- Greek Cream Cheese • 28g
- Chocolate Casein Protein • 15g (remaining half)
- Monk Fruit Sweetener • to taste (optional)
- Splash of Almond/Coconut Milk or water for consistency

How to make it
Directions for Donuts
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine all donut ingredients except the cream cheese and half the protein powder. Mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased or silicone donut mold.
- Bake for 14-16 minutes or until firm and springy. Let cool.
Directions for Icing
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and the remaining 15g protein powder.
- Add a splash of Almond/Coconut Milk (or water) as needed to reach a spreadable consistency.
- Spread onto cooled donuts.
- Optional: Chill for 10-15 minutes before serving for a firmer set.
