What you need

  • Bananas • 2 large/medium
  • Oat Flour • 1.5 cups
  • Whey/Casein Protein • 60g
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder • 1/4 cup
  • Sugar Free Maple Syrup • 90g
  • Almond/Coconut Milk • 60g
  • Semi Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips • 30g

How to make it

  1. Mash up the banana in a small bowl, then add in the rest of the ingredients and mix.
  2. Divide the mixture into greased muffin tins.
  3. Bake in oven 350F/175C. for 14-18 mins
