Ingredients for the potatoes
- Diced Potatoes 800g
- Non-Stick Spray
- Garlic Powder 1 Tsp
- Smoked Paprika 1 Tsp
- Salt .5 Tsp
- Italian Seasoning 1.5 Tsp
Ingredients for the Chicken
- Diced Chicken Breast 1lb
- Smoked Paprika 1 Tsp
- Garlic Powder 1 Tsp
- Salt .5 Tsp
Ingredients Everything else
- BBQ Sauce 90g
- Honey 1 Tbsp
- Light/Low Fat Cheese 84g
Directions
How to make it
- Cube your potatoes and add to a bowl. Spray with non-stick cooking spray and season with Garlic Powder, Smoked Paprika, Salt, and Italian Seasoning.
- Air Fry these on 400 Degrees F for 20 minutes or until golden.
- Take cubed chicken and season with Smoked Paprika, Garlic Powder, and Salt. Then mix.
- On preheated stove top pan add your diced peppers. Cook for a couple minutes. Add onions and carrots. Give it a good stir, then add a splash of chicken broth or water. Once they start to caramelize,
- Make room for chicken, add chicken, and cook until done.
- Add BBQ sauce and honey. Give it a good mix.
- Top with potatoes, and mozzarella cheese.
- Add to oven at 400 degrees F till the cheese is golden, about 3-5 minutes.
