What you need

Ingredients for the potatoes

  • Diced Potatoes 800g
  • Non-Stick Spray
  • Garlic Powder 1 Tsp
  • Smoked Paprika 1 Tsp
  • Salt .5 Tsp
  • Italian Seasoning 1.5 Tsp

Ingredients for the Chicken

  • Diced Chicken Breast 1lb
  • Smoked Paprika 1 Tsp
  • Garlic Powder 1 Tsp
  • Salt .5 Tsp

Ingredients Everything else

  • BBQ Sauce 90g
  • Honey 1 Tbsp
  • Light/Low Fat Cheese 84g

How to make it

  1. Cube your potatoes and add to a bowl. Spray with non-stick cooking spray and season with Garlic Powder, Smoked Paprika, Salt, and Italian Seasoning.
  2. Air Fry these on 400 Degrees F for 20 minutes or until golden.
  3. Take cubed chicken and season with Smoked Paprika, Garlic Powder, and Salt. Then mix.
  4. On preheated stove top pan add your diced peppers. Cook for a couple minutes. Add onions and carrots. Give it a good stir, then add a splash of chicken broth or water. Once they start to caramelize,
  5. Make room for chicken, add chicken, and cook until done.
  6. Add BBQ sauce and honey. Give it a good mix.
  7. Top with potatoes, and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Add to oven at 400 degrees F till the cheese is golden, about 3-5 minutes.
