- Old Fashioned Oat Flour • 80 g
- Cabbage, Raw • 200 g
- Pasta sauce • 1/2 cup
- Fat Free Shredded cheese • 31 g
- Turkey Pepperoni • 20 g
- Olive oil • 1/2 tbsp
- Italian seasoning • 1/4 tbsp
Directions
How to make it
- Cut cabbage into slices. Try to keep them under 1/2 inch thick.
- Mix oil and Italian seasoning in a small bowl
- Coat each side of cabbage
- Bake in oven for 375/30 minutes
- Remove from oven, coat with pasta, cheese, and pepperoni
- Bake for another 15 minutes, or until desired doneness
