What you need

Ingredients

  • Bananas mashed • 3 large/medium
  • Unsweetened Applesauce • 122g
  • Brown sugar Swerve • 98g
  • Egg White • 138g
  • Vanilla extract • 1tbsp
  • Whey/Casein protein • 60g
  • Oat flour • 120g
  • Cinnamon • 5g
  • Baking Powder • 1/2 tbsp

Ingredients for topping

  • Unsweetened applesauce • 45g
  • Brown sugar • 30g
  • Cinnamon • 1/2 tbsp

Ingredients for Frosting

  • Confectioner sugar • 30g
  • Casein protein • 15g
  • Almond/Coconut Milk • 1tbsp or as needed

How to make it

  1. Mix all wet ingredients until combined.
  2. Mix dry ingredients with a silicon spatula.
  3. Top with the cinnamon topping mixture and bake in the oven at 350 for 35-40 mins or until a toothpick comes out slightly moist.
  4. Let cool Cut into 9 pieces and Top with frosting,
