- Unsweetened Applesauce • 122g
- Brown sugar Swerve • 98g
- Egg White • 138g
- Vanilla extract • 1tbsp
- Whey/Casein protein • 60g
- Oat flour • 120g
- Cinnamon • 5g
- Baking Powder • 1/2 tbsp
Ingredients for topping
- Unsweetened applesauce • 45g
- Brown sugar • 30g
- Cinnamon • 1/2 tbsp
Ingredients for Frosting
- Confectioner sugar • 30g
- Casein protein • 15g
- Almond/Coconut Milk • 1tbsp or as needed
Directions
How to make it
- Mix all wet ingredients until combined.
- Mix dry ingredients with a silicon spatula.
- Top with the cinnamon topping mixture and bake in the oven at 350 for 35-40 mins or until a toothpick comes out slightly moist.
- Let cool Cut into 9 pieces and Top with frosting,
