  • Lemon • 1Tsp

Ingredients for Crumble

  • Quick Oats • 30g
  • Protein Powder • 25g
  • Sugar-free Maple Syrup • 1 Tbsp
  • Water • 1 Tbsp

How to make it

  1. Mix all apple ingredients together and microwave for 1 min, it will be hot so be careful.
  2. Mix the crumbl ingredients and microwave for 1 min.
  3. Top crumbles over apples and add any other extras.
