What you need

Ingredients for cookies (I make 4)

  • Monk Fruit Sweetener • 35g
  • Light Butter • 21g
  • Pumpkin Puree • 40g
  • Vanilla Extract • 1Tsp
  • Oat Flour • 30g
  • Coconut Flour • 10g
  • Baking Soda • 1⁄2 Tsp
  • Vanilla Whey/Casein blend 50/50 • 30g
  • Almond/Coconut Milk • 1 Tbsp

How to make it

  1. Add Ingredients as listed to bowl, except Protein and Milk and mix.
  2. Add protein and milk to mixture and mix.
  3. Spread into equal servings, I choose 4.
  4. Bake in oven at 350/6-8 minutes
  5. Let rest for 15 minutes. Then I let rest another 15 minutes in the freezer.
