Ingredients for cookies (I make 4)
- Monk Fruit Sweetener • 35g
- Light Butter • 21g
- Pumpkin Puree • 40g
- Vanilla Extract • 1Tsp
- Oat Flour • 30g
- Coconut Flour • 10g
- Baking Soda • 1⁄2 Tsp
- Vanilla Whey/Casein blend 50/50 • 30g
- Almond/Coconut Milk • 1 Tbsp
Directions
How to make it
- Add Ingredients as listed to bowl, except Protein and Milk and mix.
- Add protein and milk to mixture and mix.
- Spread into equal servings, I choose 4.
- Bake in oven at 350/6-8 minutes
- Let rest for 15 minutes. Then I let rest another 15 minutes in the freezer.
