- Cinnamon • 1tsp

- Vanilla Extract • 1 tsp

How to make it
- Mix all ingredients until well combined and freeze for 10 mins until firm.
- Take out and roll into equal-sized balls, I did 15 and then coat in a cinnamon/sweetener coating.
