- Celery, raw • 128g (about 2 stalks)
- Golden sweet corn • 125g
- Onion, White/Yellow/Red • 75g (1⁄2 large)
- Minced garlic • 10g
- Tomato paste • 16.5g
- Fat free milk • 720g
- Vegetable oil spread • 14g
- White all-purpose flour • 23g (3 tbsp)
- Creole Spice • 8g
Directions
How to make it
- In a pot over medium heat, melt the vegetable oil spread. Add diced onion, celery, and garlic. Cook until soft.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute, then whisk in tomato paste.
- Gradually whisk in milk. Stir continuously until thickened.
- Stir in corn, shrimp, and imitation crab. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Add More Spice seasoning and adjust salt/pepper to taste.
- Garnish as desired and enjoy warm!
