What you need

Ingredients

  • Shrimp, cooked • 340g
  • Surimi imitation crab • 113g
  • Celery, raw • 128g (about 2 stalks)
  • Golden sweet corn • 125g
  • Onion, White/Yellow/Red • 75g (1⁄2 large)
  • Minced garlic • 10g
  • Tomato paste • 16.5g
  • Fat free milk • 720g
  • Vegetable oil spread • 14g
  • White all-purpose flour • 23g (3 tbsp)
  • Creole Spice • 8g

How to make it

  1. In a pot over medium heat, melt the vegetable oil spread. Add diced onion, celery, and garlic. Cook until soft.
  2. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute, then whisk in tomato paste.
  3. Gradually whisk in milk. Stir continuously until thickened.
  4. Stir in corn, shrimp, and imitation crab. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add More Spice seasoning and adjust salt/pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish as desired and enjoy warm!
