What you need

Ingredients

  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder • 42g
  • Oat Flour • 40g
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener • 1 Tsp
  • Chocolate Whey Protein •24g
  • Baking Powder • 1⁄4 Tsp
  • Diet soda • 200g

How to make it

  1. Add dry ingredients to mixing bowl, cocoa, oat flour, sweetener, protein, and baking powder. Mix well
  2. Add soda and mix well
  3. Pour into an oven safe loaf pan and bake at 350, for around 25 minutes. Should be fudgy but not liquidly.
  4. Optional: Cut as you like; I made 6 servings.
