- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder • 42g
- Oat Flour • 40g
- Monk Fruit Sweetener • 1 Tsp
- Chocolate Whey Protein •24g
- Baking Powder • 1⁄4 Tsp
- Diet soda • 200g
Directions
How to make it
- Add dry ingredients to mixing bowl, cocoa, oat flour, sweetener, protein, and baking powder. Mix well
- Add soda and mix well
- Pour into an oven safe loaf pan and bake at 350, for around 25 minutes. Should be fudgy but not liquidly.
- Optional: Cut as you like; I made 6 servings.
