What you need

Ingredients (I make 3 cookies)

  • Applesauce unsweetened • 90g
  • Egg Whites • 70g
  • Oats • 80g
  • Powdered Peanut Butter • 36g
  • Vanilla Protein Powder • 30g
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener • 14g
  • Baking Powder •.5Tsp
  • Dash of Salt
  • Semi-sweet Mini Chocolate Chips • 30g

How to make it

  1. Add all your ingredients except chocolate chips to a bowl and mix.
  2. Add chocolate chips and mix
  3. Divide the mixture evenly onto parchment covered oven trey. I make 3, but you can make how many ever you’d like.
  4. Add to preheated oven at 350 degrees F and bake for 12-15 minutes.
