What you need

  • Applesauce unsweetened • 183g
  • Egg Whites • 100g
  • Vanilla Protein Powder • 30g
  • Oats • 80g
  • Powdered Peanut Butter • 36g
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener • 14g
  • Baking Powder •.5Tsp
  • Dash of Salt
  • Semi-sweet Mini Chocolate Chips • 30g

How to make it

  1. Add all your ingredients to a bowl and mix.
  2. Divide mixture evenly into donut trey. I make 9 at a time.
  3. Add to preheated oven at 350 degrees F and bake for 15-18 minutes.
