What you need

Ingredients

  • Oat Flour 80g
  • Powdered Peanut Butter 48g
  • Baking Powder 1Tsp
  • Salt Dash
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener 24g
  • Sugar free Syrup .25 cup
  • Almond/Coconut Milk .25 cup

How to make it

  1. Add dry ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
  2. Add wet ingredients and mix well.
  3. Cover oven tray with parchment and spray with non-stick spray.
  4. Divide into 10-12 evenly pieces. I used a mini scooper.
  5. Add to oven on 350 degrees F and bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
