- Graham Crackers 140g • 1 Bag
- Sugar Free Maple Syrup • 50g
Ingredients for Pie
- Pumpkin Puree 425g • 1 Can
- Whey Vanilla Protein 100g • > 3 Scoop
- Monk Fruit Sweetener • 48g
- Brown Sugar Sweetener • 48g
- Pumpkin Pie Spice • .5 Tsp
- Xanthan Gum • .5 Tsp
- Egg White 92g • 6 Tbsp
Optional
- Cayenne Pepper • .25 Tsp
- Nutmeg • 1/8 Tsp
Directions
How to make it
- Add Graham crackers to bag and crumble
- Pour into a pie dish and add maple syrup. Mix and spread into bowl forming crust.
- Baske in oven at 350/18 minutes.
- While baking add pie ingredients to bowl and mix. I find whipping attachment works best.
- Pour mixture into a pie bowl with crust and bake at 350/43 minutes. Time may vary
